Principal Broker
Patrick Alspaugh is the principal broker of Suited Realty LLC. With over 20 years of experience in real estate sales and investment, Patrick maintains an understanding of the real estate industry. His experience allows him to operate in a variety of scenarios including residential, commercial, land, investment, leasing, and management. He strives to have a genuine understanding of his clients' needs in every transaction.
Patrick was born in Washington DC, raised in Frederick, MD, and currently lives in Richmond, VA. He is an avid bridge player and an aspiring permaculturalist.
